Welcome to Sakred — a brand built on creativity, resilience, individuality and the belief that what you wear should mean something.

Our story began in 2010, under the most unlikely of circumstances. While serving time in a UK prison, our founder, Jason, began sketching ideas for a clothing brand inside the pages of a forgotten diary. What started as simple drawings became the foundation for a vision that would continue to evolve long after his release.

Originally conceived under the name HMP London, the idea was to transform UK-issued prison uniforms into unique, bespoke garments. Working alongside the head of textiles for the prison service, Jason began turning that vision into reality. Despite early promise, circumstances within the prison industry eventually brought the project to an end.

But the idea never disappeared.

Years later, in 2023, Jason rediscovered the diary that had been sitting forgotten for years. Finding those original sketches reignited the desire to build something meaningful — but this time, with a completely new direction.

That vision became Thredz.

For more than a year, we explored, developed and refined the brand, experimenting with its identity and searching for a way to create something genuinely distinctive. At the heart of the concept was a signature Swarovski crystal detail, intended to become a defining element of the brand.

We tried everything we could to make the original concept work, but sometimes moving forward means knowing when to let an idea go.

So we made the decision to evolve.

Thredz became Sakred.

With a new name, a new logo and a new identity, Sakred represents the next chapter of the journey — one built around individuality, authenticity and the idea that what you choose to wear can become part of who you are.

The name Sakred reflects the belief that personal style is more than just clothing. The things we choose to wear can carry meaning, memories, confidence and identity.

From where this journey began, to where it is heading next, Sakred is built on the same principles that started it all: creativity, perseverance and the courage to keep moving forward.
